Dare was a very practical woman. If the chaos hoodlums were carrying unregistered magical items, then in all likeness these items had navigated the city using the usual channels for undeclared goods. Time to ask a nark about what was being bought, sold, and seen under the counter these days. And by whom.

Of course, that one contact could only be found in such an establishment. She wondered if it was truly a personal taste of him, or if it came with the job, if it was some necessity to look depraved otherwise people would think you're too proper to work with them on their shady deals.

Well, as for Dare, she didn't look one hair less proper than usual as she waited in the dirty street nearby for her requested reinforcements to arrive before proceeding.

"This is more your terrain than mine, so I'll defer to your expertise for the time being. Our target is someone named – I believe – Larry, who might hold information about yesterday's unpleasant events, through the angle of the magical items used."

As she twirls around she gives a giggly "Hi!" to the two before swinging her legs back down to hug the pole. "Hey! Fancy seeing you two!" Whisper she could kinda-sorta expect to show up at the Mermaid's Cups -- she's known men of his type who prefer places such as this -- but Dare Shah seems a bit too lady-like to seek out such a risque joint for fun, so... she probably has some sort of business here, Illi imagines. So Whisper's probably here on business too. Makes sense to her! "Gimme five minutes and I can take a break for a lil bit!"

And so she's back to dancing!

There's plenty of things to be distracted about with this club, in case the sign on the door led you to believe what the intention of this place was to begin with. Dimly lit, mostly private, and a few bards playing some dancing tunes with a bunch of girls of various species dancing along to them in a way that could cause a deva to blush, were it to mistakenly make its way into here.

That, however, is not not why you're here. Well, it could be with a few drops of some jink. Have yourself a good time, if that was what you were really here for. But you're instead here, looking for someone who knows something and can give it to yo--no. You're looking for someone who can give you the busine--no.

You're looking for Larry. Larry's the one who will give you what you nee--damn it all!

Dare – whose presence results in a significant increase of the average quantity of clothes being worn by beings with a bosom in the room – moves toward the counter to ask for what she's looking for, with the same poise as if she was asking a salesperson in a grocery store if they had any caramel left.

"Good afternoon citizen. Hope the day finds you well and you and your establishment didn't suffer from the wave of chaos from the previous days.

We're looking for the trader ‘Larry’, who I heard is a loyal customer of your establishment. Would you happen to know where they can be found at that time of the day?"

[Flession]

"Miss, much as we like our customers, we can't keep track of every single customer name imaginable, not unless they do something big, and there must be a hundred people named Larry." The gentlemen at the desk says with a polite smile, but equal confusion. In the meantime, a woman leaving very little to the imagination approaches you with a big smile. "I can be a Larry if you want me to be, honey. Only 2 gold for a private dance. Even let your friend watch for free for the first one." She looks at Whisper with a wink and a smile.
