Just to clarify, you Don't actually have to pay anything. The event pays the freelance people that you hire to assist. You just get the benefits of having two people do the same roll giving advantage. And both people involved in the role get the full reward.

It's the Factions paying out the cash, not you.

I think that a roll has to have a faction member involved, and faction members only get to be involved in one roll? So the maximum number of rolls for a faction is still limited to the number of faction members?
