Crow coordination

Post by Gabriel Morningstar » Fri Jul 28, 2023 6:27 pm

For reference, anyone within 10 ft of me gets a bonus to saving throws. It's +3.

I'm prolly rolling intimidation or persuasion as my rolls.

I propose Rufus sniffing around outside dor Perception +6 with advantage. If anyone else can do better that is fine as well!

I'll check my stats later for my best internal roll,l, prolly charisma related, and if anyone wants to join me, they can.

Unsurprisingly Naila's best skills are:

1. Stealth/Perception (by a fair way)
2. Investigation/Insight
3. Pretty much everything else.

Constitution saves are not her forte though, so she won't be super helpful in the house unless a helpful cager can lend a hand there!
Elfish • Sign of One • Factotum • Sigil Native • Private Eye• Dangerously Perceptive • Noir Gumshoe...Sort Of
Carries a sword and shield• Passive Perception/Investigation 30 (25 if disarmed)• Passive Insight 20 •10 foot blind vision

If you don't mind getting close to Gabriel and his sulfur smell, you could potentially benefit from his Aura of Protection.

Just throwing that out there.

Not sure exactly what's going on - but I'm assuming that two different people can roll the same skill?

And in getting 5 successes before 3 failures - is that on an individual basis? Or is that for the whole group? (And who is in the group? Just the people investigating?)

Mysti has

Perception +9
Investigation +8
Stealth +11 (if that helps somehow)
Sleight of Hand +12 (again if that helps somewhere)
Vitals: * Dhampir * Umbral Binder Rogue * Urban Bounty Hunter * Information Broker * Harmonium * Passive Perception: 19 * Passive Investigation: 18 *

(Darkvision 120' / Teleportation Ritual Active / Rapier, Long Bow, Daggers & Other Magical Items / Leather Armor.)

Everyone. Everyone basically gets to roll at least once. After everyone rolls once, you can go again.

As for your skills, well, if you can think of a creative way to use them, you can use them. I'll just set a DC depending on what you're doing with those skills (read: if it actually makes any sense to use it to investigate the scene, the lower the DC.)
