[D5 - EA] Sage Looking

[Alynne Valaris]

Alynne didn't like to walk around the grime and rancid air around this side of the city. It reminded her of the thieves' and beggar' districts of Greyhawk, somewhat. She would had to wash her beautiful dress once she finish her bussiness around here. Unlike what she normally would do, she actually was not being accompanied by her familiar, Sephtir. She had heard about the place that she was going to visit, or more especifically, what type of beings were common there, so having an imp, a devil, on an abyssal gathering place was best to be avoided.

She did came with her knights, probably just for the journey protection, she wasn't so sure they would be allowed to enter alongside her. One of her knights, sir Wulfric also was carrying the severed arms of the frog that they had defeated yesterday. She had heard the news about the frogs, slaadi they were called, and she was not sure if they were valuable or even magical, so she was looking for a sage about planar things, and so it happens that one of them was around the Styx Oarsman she had heard.

Finally she stood outside the door of the place...

There is a large Tiefling at the door, looking you over as you approach. He does not seem at all amused you've someone as divine as you are having come all the way out of there.



"Password." He says in a low grunt. The tone of his voice was as if he was just saying uniformly, not really expecting you to respond with the correct one.

''Password? '' Alynne's tone of voice sounds confused '' I had heard that this establishment allowed girls, to simply just pass?'' She turn around to speak to one of the knights, sounding very confused about the whole situation. '' And i really just wanted to have a drink and maybe chat a while and you know *have* some fun...'' She sounds and looks like a wounded puppy as she turned to speak with the tiefling

''Nobody told me that...''She approaches a bit towards the tiefling guard, but she doesn't fully close the gap between them. '' ...this was a VIP only establishment.''


'' And i really wanted to met new people. I had heard that there are pretty handsome beings that recommended this place...'' She added, sounded a bit frustrated.

'' I guess i will have to found some other place to have some fun...'' She started to turn around oh-so-slowly...

The tiefling gives a audible sigh. "Fine. You can pay the guest fee." He extends out his hand to expect a few gold bribe. "Just so you know, I'm not responsible for anything that might happen to you in there, Aasimar." He will take a 2 gold as payment and then open the door for you. "It'll take those Hardheads a while to get here to help you. That's part of the guest fee."

WIth that, he opens the door for you like a sweet gentlemen and allows you to pass once the proper payment has been completed.

'' You are such a sweetie! '' She said while offering the tiefling a smile and the bribe. '' What is your name, sweetheart? I'm a celadrin though, not an aasimar...'' She winked to him. '' and i'm only here looking for some fun, no troubles.'' She was being totally, absolutely, completely honest.

She turned around to their knights. '' Wait for me here, i'm sure i will be fine.'' The knights wanted to protest but they had their orders.

Then she entered the Abyssal establishment.

"Of course you are." He says in a enthusiastic means as you corrected him. You could tell he really cared about the unique distinction. "Jarkman." He responds, still uninterested in you.

As you enter, leaving your armored entourage outside, it becomes clear that it is dimly lit inside, although not a major problem for someone like you and your eyesight. And there they were, all the eyes on you and your undemonic nature. Gazing upon your figure, as you were a beacon in the quite literal darkness as the light and the sounds of rain from the outside go quiet as the door closes, leaving you alone with the demons.

Nobody as of yet approaches you as of yet, but you have their attention.

Of course she would had their attention, she was shiny and beautiful. Like a succubi! Less the horns and the tail and the wings, but still. Alynne plays her role, she walks in and smiles and acts with courtesy with the demons that pass by her.

She goes straight to the counter of the bar and sees if she can ask for a drink, at least something that doesn't poison her, knowing that demons do not drink normal stuff, but the tieflings that might visit this place should.

The Githzerai behind the bar simply stares at you at your approach while a mephit comes up to you, stares you down and sighs. "Water for the sparkly one."

Meanwhile, another Githzerai is at the bar, simply drinking and minding his own business, unlike the other people here who were trying to figure out yours.

'' Thank you.'' She nods to the mephit, then turning towards the bartender.

'' Mhmmm hello...'' Alynne uses a very naive sounding tone, while speaking to the Gith bartender. '' I had heard that there is a planar sage that is often seen around in this establishment.'' She said. '' One that deals and knows many things about the planes and their denizens.''

'' I was looking for them, since i have some planar inquiries. Unfortunately i don't know their name other than that they come here...'' She adds.

The bartender shrugs as your water is placed next to you. "Rule-of-Three." He motions to a corner where there's a Githzerai with a large smile and a wave as the name is mentioned sitting at a table where the bartender
