Quev finds himself about a story above a street. After a hard landing, he takes stock of his situation. Finding all of his equipment in place, he checks his surroundings. He sees a few people letting off shots off the cliff and a city in the other direction. Seeing that Illiam'iira is nowhere in sight, he heads off into the city to try and find her.

[L'Orr-hui]

As the drow warrior wanders into the rest of the hive a creature he would likely recognize was making it's way in the opposite direction. Black staff in hand, a mindflayer appeared in sight.

Some people gave wide berth to the being. Not wanting to gamble on the nature or whims of an unknown illithid.

[Quevlin'e]

Seeing a familiar Underdark species, Quev will stop and then approach the being. "Greetings, I am Quevlin'e. Have you seen a drow woman about yae high, wearing nice robes? Likely humming to herself."

[L'Orr-hui]

Taken from theirthoughts about the ethics and needs of their peculiar diet, the illithid turns it'sgaze towards the armored elf with some suspicion

''I have not'' came as a reply in the warrior's head ''Where did you lose her?''

[Quevlin'e]

The elf will point up at the portal that isn't there anymore. "We fell through a wild magic portal."

[L'Orr-hui]

L'Orr-hui fallowed the movement until the elf explained and then could not help but sigh

''That was not a wild magic portal. That was one of the minor planar portal that bring people here, often at random. You or your friend likely has activated it by accident.''

They frowned

''The fact that she is not here with you is problematic. Hope to the Fates that she arrived somewhere less dangerous then here''

[Quevlin'e]

Quev seems like he's about to say something before pausing. "I have received a message from her. Seems that she is in a garden. This place is called Sigil?"

[L'Orr-hui]

''This city is indeed. Sigil is, in many ways, the nexus of the planes for it connects to all places in the multiverse...unless the Lady forbids it.''

The flayer stroked his tentacles as one would do a beard

''Do you have a way to communicate back? There are gardens all around Sigil so unless you have more details we de do not have much to go on.''

"Is this place Suicide Alley?"

[L'Orr-hui]

"It is" they confirmed "I take it she is still communicating with you? Are you going to her or is she coming here? May I suggest The Ubiquitous Wayfarer Inn as a meeting place?"
