The sound of the other voice as he finally gets his bearings draws his attention. Noticing the crescent moon symbols, he looks her over for a moment. "Corellon or Eilistraee? Or some other plane?" he asks, curious.

Her eyes grow wide, and the girl's skin begins to glow as their gaze meets. Rainbows of molten light swirl along every inch of visible skin as the drow girl bounces with glee, joyfully answering, "Siyo! Ph'dos natha dalhar d'l'Olath Wenress, ichl? Dos phuul ji feir dal delmah, dalninuk!" Illiam offers him her hands with possibly one of the brightest smiles ever seen in Sigil. (Big maybe. Who can say? But she's certainly feeling bright!)

Looking to Naila and nodding, "I'm recovering fine. Thank you for asking. And helpful indeed, it seems we're both followers of the same goddess. I doubt she knew that when helping, but I'm also not surprised she decided to help. We're all a bunch of softies that worry about other people enough to get ourselves in trouble."

"Usstan tlun, Eilistraee xxizz'a uns'aa ssuth ussta previous dro, Usstan tlun Szarkai. Jhal udos zhal'la telanth ji udossta abbil shlu'ta kampi'un," he says in confirmation to Illiam'iira, taking her hands and nodding. He definitely doesn't have the same brightness to him, but he's not broody either, just pleasant conversational.

He lets her hands go gently as he looks to the void once more. "We were inspecting and checking out the void here. Trying to figure out if it's connected to the demiplane of time. But the chasme got us, without even trying I assume."

He looks to Naila. "Kinda makes me want to start carry beeswax to stuff in my ears when I'm in the hive."

"Beeswax for auditory assaults and I know a monodrone who might want to eat some as well, when it gets too old."
She does her best to try and follow the conversation but has no familiarity with Drow.

"There are some similarities to undercommon, no surprises there I suppose. But of all the alleys in all the planes in all the universe it's an interesting surprise that you ran into eachother here. Perhaps I planned or, or someone did at any rate."

He lets her hands go gently as he looks to the void once more.

Annnnnd Illiam starts twirling Fyne around as he speaks. She's just on cloud nine. She'll be a minute.

As they spin together Illiam'iira starts humming a tune familiar to Fyne -- the Dark Maiden's lullaby.

He doesn't mind a dance, but he's also acutely aware of the apparent danger here in the hive now, so he doesn't get lost in it. "I've used it before, during assaults where we used large numbers of thunderstones to disorient opponents. Kind of like wearing fire protection and letting your allies fireball you really. It still sucks, but it's not as bad as dying."

"Although as discussed, in some cases dying is not as bad as living."

Naila arches an eyebrow at the dance.

"So you were a soldier? Was this as part of the army of softies who worry about other people?"

"We all know how to fight!" Illiam chirps in response, giving a bow in the dance. "Oh! What temple are you from?" She stops dancing to jump in place again. Her hair bounces with the movement. "Which one, which one?"

"There's been an ongoing war between the Seldarine and Dark Seldarine for ages. The followers of Eilistraee place themselves in the middle of it to try and help those that feel trapped in drow society," he explains to Naila.

He returns the bow, but then puts a hand up to note he's stopping for a moment. "I'm usually pretty excitable too, but you'll have to excuse me for being out of it at the moment. I'm here on a pretty serious personal task and that Chasme left me with a bit of a headache."

Looking back to Naila, "Hopefully yours isn't feeling as bad as mine is at the moment."

"My head has definitely been better. The problem with finely honed senses is that they're particularly sensitive to overload. Like an elaborate glass apparatus knocked off the table by an earthquake."
She swivels her ears experimentally.

"But I shall symbol imagine I do not have a headache and it should work out. Learning about this war of religion is a pleasant distraction too. So you are all followers of...Elistraee, who is a goddess trying to help those trapped in the conflict? It sounds quite noble."

Illiam quiets, letting go of his free hand. There's a flash of something behind her eyes before she gives a bow of the head. "Sor'kui." With that, she moves to go help any stragglers, so he can explain further.
