Note also that Ikkiit's bribe doesn't necessarily have to be monetary- the Guvners and Dustmen, for example, have characters he'd accept other help from.

Ikkit has an absolutely INSANE stealth modifier (+13), good Acrobatics (+5) and good Survival (+6).


But given his profound distaste for the Factions as a concept, he will need to be bribed to do anything even remotely helpful, and certain factions (Harmonium, Mercykillers, Godsmen, Signers, the Fated) really shouldn't bother.

I am unsure by event description if I can do more than one roll for the whole event, but if it is in fact up to 4, my other choices would be Insight, Investigation, and Stealth.

Fless has just clarified that it's just one roll to event them all, so it's Arcana. I'll wait with rolling for now in case someone wants to assist.
