The tiefling begins to count the coins in his pouch, handing you 60 gold and is about to just leave the junk all there until Shemeshka turns around, her eyes very narrow. "I'm not in the habit of leaving things I have purchased." Her tone of her voice shifted quite low, almost her look was that of a predator about to strike upon a weak mouse. The Tiefling quickly turned back to the Ikkit started to gather the items quickly as her composure slowly started to return. Shemeshka quickly moves in front of her mirror once more and adjusts herself accordingly before looking back at the two of you. "Well then, now that you've sold everything for the day, is done for the day, would you like to come with us for a few moments? I feel that my sudden impulse to make new friends would even extend out to you, dear Ikkit. Perhaps the three of us, though on entirely different scales of societal importance, may yet find some common ground before afterpeak comes up."

Ikkit tried not to smile too broadly as the tiefling had to deal with bundling up the goods, although he made sure to dump his sack out onto the blanket, rather than simply tossing it in. IUt had been a lucky bag, after all..

As for the invitation?

She'd bought his goods, not any claim on his time, but...

There was something refreshing for Ikkit in dealing with the vain fiend- probably the fact that she treated him exactly like she treated everyone else.

"If the Primer don't mind, sure."

[Alynne Valaris]

''Eh, uh, sure...'' She said clearly not liking the idea, since the goblin clearly looked filthy. '' I don't mind too much...'' She added. '' I guess it is a stupid question, but you know this goblin, Lady Shemeshka?'' She asked politely.

'' I would assume he is kind of an agent of yours or something?''

Talking about Ikkit like he wasn't right there, or that he couldn't understand her? Oh no no no, that simply wouldn't do.

"Nobody's agent here, just a freelancer, although Shemeshka's a square dealer."

As if sensing the Sensate's discomfort, he gave her a particularly toothy smile and extended his hand for her to shake.

"Ikkit the Bastard."

[Alynne Valaris]

'' Alynne Valaris, former prima dona of the Guild of Performing Artists in the city of Greyhawk in the prime of Oerth.'' She made a courtsy, as she was trained, to respectfully present herself to the goblin, although she didn't shake his hand, she never does with any stranger. '' Also a Sensate of the Society of Sensation'' The celadrin added. Her raven, percherd on her shoulder observed the goblin as well.

'' A freelancer? so you don't have any afiliation with any faction on this city out of principle, i would assume?'' She asked the goblin.

Oh no she didn't.

He kept his hand extended. Smiled a bit wider.

"Greyhawk? Never heard'o it. Sensates, them I heard of. An' yep, not in any Faction."

[Alynne Valaris]

'' Just another prime city in a prime plane, nothing fancy or particularly out of common about it...'' She shrugs. Alynne doesn't shake his hand, since she doesn't do it with strangers.

His eyes narrowed.

He nodded to the hand.

"'Round here it's right rude t'leave a body hangin'. 'Less you're sayin' you'd rather be unfriendly, which'd be a shame."

'' I don't touch strangers, Mr. Ikkit the Bastard. No disrespect intended.'' She said calmly. '' And while i would not say that i'm unfriendly, i do not know you nor you are my friend either.'' She adds, again her voice didn't show any emotion.

He startled to chuckle.

"Thought you Sensates were about tryin' new things?"
